For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. For shipping outside the United States, you might be required to sign on the package to receive the item, and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.

Free standard shipping is applicable only to orders with total value (after discount) over USD 119.00 under normal circumstances, and a flat shipping fee will be required otherwise.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping! (Except for India, Brazil, Dominica, French Polynesia, French Guiana, Maldives, Panama, Ecuador, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, Iraq, Palau, Turks and Caicos Islands, Seychelles , Mozambique, Mauritius, Trinidad and Tobago, Zambia, Côte d'Ivoire, they are not in the scope of delivery)

How long does shipping normally take?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time 

Processing Time:

After you placed an order, We are improving our delivery process. To ensure your parcels are safer, our warehouse will inspect and disinfect the parcels. Therefore, it may take 3-5 business days to process your order.

 Shipping Time

Shipping time will takes approximately 7 to 20 business days to reach destination countries.We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues, more time may be required.

For example, if you order a T-shirt, it will take 3-5 business days to process and then 7-20 business days to ship. Therefore, you can receive it within 13-29 business days.

The following delivery time is for reference only, we will work hard to further improve the delivery time.

Due to the global impact of COVID-19, online delivery express services in some countries and regions have experienced delays in timeliness. The time for the order to be delivered to you will be different from the estimated time by 15-30 days.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are not responsible if the package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details during checkout. If you find that your shipping details are incorrect, please email support@lynchcity.com as soon as possible.

Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard, lynchcity will process the order and arrange delivery as soon as possible. The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery. 

How can I get my track & trace code?

Every customer will receive their track & trace code automatically, once we have your order ready for shipping. The track & trace code will be sent to your Email, which you filled in our system. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped. 

Will my package be delivered to my house or to the post office for me to pick it up?

Your order will arrive at your house. There may be exceptions that door-to-door delivery service is not provided in particular cities / areas / countries, though this is rare.

Import Taxes & Duties 

According to the requirements of customs law, all goods imported into EU countries and the UK are subject to value-added tax. When you check out, you need to pay a 10% tax based on the total price of the goods.
